Arctic Fox Charters welcomes you to beautiful Homer, Alaska.  Homer is a small fishing community located on the shores of Kachemak Bay which opens to the world famous Cook  Inlet.  Homer is known as the "Halibut Fishing Capital of the World" because of the number and size of its' halibut.  Halibut are caught here every year weighing over 300 pounds.  The average fish, according to Alaska's Department of Fish and Game, weighs from 15-25 pounds.  Fish over 100 pounds can be caught regularly.  In 2007 we were able to catch a fish nearly 7 feet long and 295 pounds.  What a story!!!  Whether you are an experienced angler  or going out for your first time, we are sure you will have the time of your life catching  halibut, salmon, and ling-cod aboard "Fishy Business" and Arctic Fox Charters.
